Quotation Terms & Conditions

1.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Prices may be subject to revision after the validity period due to market or platform cost changes.

2.1 Services will be delivered strictly according to the scope outlined in the quotation.
2.2 Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.
2.3 Zeigen Media reserves the right to adjust timelines if client-delivered materials are delayed.

3.1 A 50% deposit is required before commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The remaining balance is payable upon completion or as per agreed milestone schedule.
3.3 For monthly services (SEO, Google Ads management, content marketing), payment is due in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
3.4 Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension.
3.5 All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4.1 The client agrees to provide all necessary information, access credentials, approvals, and content required to complete the project.
4.2 The client is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content supplied.
4.3 Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

5.1 While Zeigen Media applies industry best practices, search engine rankings and advertising results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
5.2 Performance results may vary depending on competition, industry, budget and market conditions.
5.3 Google Ads budgets are separate from management fees unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Quotations typically include two (2) revision rounds unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
6.3 Final approval of designs, content or campaigns signifies acceptance of deliverables.

7.1 Upon full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.
7.2 Zeigen Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 All strategies, research documents and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Zeigen Media.

8.1 All client information and data shared with Zeigen Media will be treated as confidential.
8.2 Zeigen Media will not disclose client information without consent unless required by law.

9.1 Either party may terminate ongoing monthly services with 30 days written notice.
9.2 In the event of early termination, any outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.
9.3 Deposits are non-refundable.

​10.1 Zeigen Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of digital platforms.
10.2 Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service rendered.

Zeigen Media shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including platform outages, regulatory changes or technical disruptions.

Acceptance of the quotation, whether via email confirmation, signed document or payment of deposit, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
